And the bigtop is nowhere
To be found.

“Circus souls” This magical piece has been exhibited and awarded (Prix Théodore Ralli) at the Art Capital Art fair, in Paris, France in 2024. Life is a circus,And the bigtop is nowhere, To be found.

The souls of the circus are always free, they are in a continuous process of movement towards the invisible levels under the dome and even higher. Aleksandra loves all those who live the life they want, striving for their happiness and to feel fully “true” in their life. On the canvas there is an acrobat holding on to the swing passing the ball to the next generation and to the chosen one who chose to pursue the great.

It’s a golden circular painting that captures the vibrant energy and mystique of a circus. The entire composition is bathed in rich, warm tones of gold, creating a luminous and captivating scene.

At the center of the painting, an acrobat is depicted mid-air, suspended in a graceful pose that conveys both strength and elegance. The acrobat’s body is arched perfectly, with arms outstretched and legs extended, as if frozen in a moment of effortless flight. The figure is dressed in a shimmering costume, adorned with intricate patterns that catch the light, adding to the sense of movement and dynamism.

The background is a rich, swirling blend of golden hues, evoking the opulence and excitement of the circus tent. Subtle hints of red and deep orange add depth and contrast, while the overall circular composition enhances the feeling of continuous motion and unity within the scene.

Throughout the painting, tiny details—such as the glint of light on a performer’s sequined costume, the flash of a fire breather’s flame, and the delicate lines of the acrobats’ ropes—contribute to the sense of wonder and enchantment. The golden tones infuse the entire piece with a sense of magic, as if the scene exists in a timeless, otherworldly realm where the extraordinary is an everyday occurrence.

The result is a mesmerizing, golden-hued portrayal of the circus, celebrating the artistry, precision, and thrill of the performers who bring this magical world to life.
